01The problem

I wanted something beyond note-taking apps like Notion or Obsidian: a platform that understands how students learn and work, combining their organizational power with AI-driven insights, automatic content generation and academic workflows. It started as EduGenie.

    AI study videos

    Turns notes into video explanations so complex topics are easier to understand.

    Google Calendar sync

    Assignments, deadlines and study sessions on your calendar, with reminders and time blocking.

    Mind maps

    Generated from your notes to show how concepts connect.

    RAG search

    Ask questions about your study material in natural language and get answers from your own notes.

03Architecture

Next.js and TypeScript on the front. The AI side is a RAG architecture over a vector database for semantic search and generation.

The backend runs Flask/FastAPI, with Supabase for real-time sync and auth, and Google Cloud powering video generation and infrastructure.
